Ed Anderson, President and Founder of Commercial Realty, Inc. has a diverse background, a wide range of experience, and education that is almost unparalleled in the commercial real estate industry. He has devoted his entire professional career  solely to commercial real estate endeavors since 1979.   He has the unique ability to work with difficult people, and complex situations with very strong negotiation skills.

Ed is an accomplished executive with a strong long-term successful record of accomplishment in the areas of sales, site selection, property management, development, construction and executive consultation. Mr. Anderson is a decisive leader who has worked with some of the nations largest and most respected real estate organizations and individuals. With closings and lease procurement, management and construction involving over 4,000,000 square feet of commercial properties over a 40-year span, Mr. Anderson has been involved with all phases of real estate. He has been licensed in real estate since 1978, a licensed builder since 1981, and is a Cum laude Graduate of Central Michigan University- BSBA/ Economics .He is actively involved with many ongoing professional associations, including ICSC.  In addition to Mr. Anderson’s immediate experience, he has strong long-term relationships with an extensive group of support professionals – to assist him and his clients. Edward Anderson has over a 25-year record of accomplishment in the area of Selling and Leasing Commercial Retail Centers, office space and commercial land, throughout the Midwest. He has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry- included but not limited to: RD management, Mr. Walter Samuels, Kroger Corporation, Cabelas, Family Dollar Stores, Kmart Corporation, Meijer Inc., Related Retail, Michael’s Stores, McLaren Medical Center and A.F. Jonna Companies. Mr. Anderson is seeking to represent selective clients who are motivated and realistic Sellers and Landlords of commercial assets. Relying on a time proven system, and understanding that his fiduciary lies with his clients, Mr. Anderson has developed a Guaranteed Marketing Program unique in the industry.  Served by a team of real estate assistance, Mr. Anderson works directly on all projects, and does not farm out work as most real estate firms do.
